  1. Wyden should have never been allowed to be an Oregon Senator because from numerous stories I’ve read over the years, his primary residence is in New York, not Oregon, but that’s okay
because the Dems play by different rules when it comes to one of their own…
I think the main reason he does town hall meetings is to make people think of him as a fellow Oregonian so he can continue his lucrative career, but he probably doesn’t really need the money because I’m sure his pockets have been lined for many years, and I’ve read that his wife is the heir to a bookstore in New York.

    1. Wyden is one of the better US Senators. Quite possibly one of the 20 that actually gives a rip. He attends town hall meetings to stay in touch. I have no problem with him spending some weekends in New York, a four hour drive and in the same time zone as where he works. The democrat haters are digging deep to think that your issue with Wyden matters.

      1. From what I’ve read and heard, he spends a lot more than some weekends at his N.Y house.
I don’t hate Democrats. I enjoy watching self-righteous hypocrites fail, over and over. It’s a source of entertainment…

    2. What makes it obvious is that it is news when a democrat dares venture outside the progressive s-hole cities that keep them in power. You never hear “Wyden visits Portland” but it’s front page news when Wyden dares visit Madras. I mean. Come on. Madras??? Deplorable people live in Madras and they are easily outvoted by the street urchins of Portland.

  2. Wyden’s entire political career as senator is to just be a thorn in the side of republicans and not really accomplish anything. I’ve been to dozens of his town halls and talked with him many times. They mostly go like this… “Senator Wyden, thank you for taking my question. Is the sky blue?”
“Is the sky blue? That’s a great question. But what we really have to do is make sure that it isn’t that the sky is blue or green or yellow. It’s that the sky is fair to everyone and millionaires and billionaires don’t benefit from the color of the sky. Everyone should be able to enjoy the sky. And that’s why I will introduce the “Skyline Horizons Infrastructure Tax” to bring about a blue panel committee to investigate ways to ensure that the color of the sky doesn’t just benefit millionaires and billionaires.”
I sat next to him on a flight from Dallas to Portland about 10 years ago. A nice enough guy but a politician through and through. AND PROPS TO WYDEN where props are due. He flew coach and was gracious and friendly to everyone he talked to.

  3. Ron Wyden is an egg-sucking mouth breathing Ichabod Crane looking life-time politician who couldn’t hold a real job if his life depended on it.

When this geriatric sack of skin and bones comes to Madras- he will need to answer two questions-

    1) Please identify the “crime” that was committed that justifies your vote to “remove” a duly elected US President from office- name the effin’ crime Ronnie !

    2) Did you personally reprimand Nancy Pelosi for her unprofessional outburst of tearing up the signed copy of the President’s SOTU Address- that was scheduled to be presented to our US National Archives as a historical document- which now lays in a garbage heap- the shame and dishonor brought into the House chambers by her childish actions deserve admonishment by both parties !

Oh Yeh- welcome to Madras !
