Good evening Central Oregon and happy Friday!

A beautiful day today across the high desert although it is a bit breezy out there for us at times.

We are going to see this trend of cooler temps carry with us through the evening.

Winds this afternoon and evening are out of the northwest at 10-15 MPH and we could see gusts as high as 20 MPH at some points.

Highs today are in the upper 70s to 80s for much of the region.

This evening things will cool of nicely, we will be right around 67 degrees around sunset.

Overnight lows will be in the 40s to 50s Central Oregon.

Tomorrow things will be cooler as well highs in the 80s once again.

This cool down of sorts will be short lived though as we will heat back up into the 90s by Monday and we will be right around or above 100 degrees for the rest of the week.
