Erickson Road paving project begins Monday

Paving work on Erickson Road will begin on Monday, Aug. 27, and will continue through Friday, Sept. 7, Deschutes County Road Department officials said Wednesday. Work hours will generally be 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Erickson Road between Highway 20 and Neff Rd will be closed on Monday, Aug. 27, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. to allow for paving the approach to Highway 20. During the closure, motorists should use Neff Road and Powell Butte Road as an alternate route.

Through the entire duration of the project, motorists should anticipate lane closures and delays during the work hours and are encouraged to use alternate routes if available.
