Bend City Council OKs Houseless Fund, discusses preserving more trees

Plans to move existing funding of homeless programs into a separate fund moved forward Wednesday night at the Bend City Council meeting, where councilors also looked at how the city can better protect more trees when developments arise, Tracee Tuesday reports on those and other council actions.
