Crook County SO Free Shred Day Nov. 21

The Crook County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a FREE SHRED Day and PRESCRIPTION DRUG take-back event from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, on Saturday, Nov. 21 at the sheriff’s office, 308 NE Second Street in Prineville.

Free shredding is being offered in partnership with Data Delete of Oregon, LLC. Shred items are limited to personal documents only, with a limit of 3 boxes per participant. Shred items can include staples, paperclips, spiral notebooks and hanging folders.

In return for free shredding, the Sheriff’s Office is requesting that participants bring non-perishable food items for the Holiday Partnership Food Baskets. Traditional Holiday Meal Items are requested.
