Dutch Bros raises $8,639 to help 2 girls with medical bills

Last Wednesday, Dutch Bros Central Oregon partnered with thecommunity to raise $8,639 for two local girls to help offset medical expenses they have accrued from much-needed medical treatments.

“Our Central Oregon community never ceases to amaze us by the love and support they have for one another,” said Kaelyn Costa, Dutch Bros Central Oregon owner. “Thank you for everyone who came out on Wednesday to help support these two young women who have both positively impacted many around them!”

On Wednesday , to raise funds, all nine Dutch Bros locations in Central Oregon: Bend, Redmond and Sisters donated proceeds from the day’s sales to support locals Taylor Laidlaw and Ashley McNeil. Both are now facing financial adversities from their much-needed medical treatments.

Taylor is currently in remission, and Ashley is receiving treatment for her Lyme disease. Each girl will receive $4,319 to help offset medical expenses from their treatments.
