Power back on in Bend’s Old Mill after 2-hour outage

KTVZ

A power outage hit Bend’s Shops at the Old Mill District for about two hours Wednesday afternoon, prompting some stores and the movie theater to close and others to accept only cash payments.

Pacific Power spokesman Ry Schwark said the outage affected 382 customers around 3:20 p.m.

Utility crews later patrolled the lines, found a fault in an underground cable and had the power back on around 5:30 p.m.

Old Mill District Marketing Director Noelle Fredland said some stores might not reopen until Thursday, and urged shoppers to call ahead of time before visiting.
