Albertsons, Safeway recall bakery items over possible Salmonella
Albertsons and Safeway stores in Oregon, Washington and Northern Idaho are voluntarily recalling bakery products supplied by Dawn Food Products made with Valley Milk Product’s High Heat Nonfat Dry Milk Powder due to possible Salmonella contamination.
No illnesses have been reported in connection with the bakery products; the recall has been issued out of caution.
The recalled products were sold from the self-service and full-service areas of the bakery on or before December 15, 2016. The products have a Sell By Date of December 20, 2016 (12-20-16) or earlier.
The recalled products were sold in Washington, Oregon and eight stores in Northern Idaho:
