Giving Plate food bank expands to serve Sisters, Tumalo

Starting Feb. 1, The Giving Plate Community Food Relief Outreach is adding Sisters and Tumalo to its service boundary, the organization announced Wednesday.

The Giving Plate currently serves Bend, Sunriver and La Pine.

The food bank at 1245 SE Third Street, Suite C-7 is open to the public Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The new Kids Korner Food Bank is open for children up to age 18 any of those days as well.
