KTVZ-TV

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The Redmond Industrial Park has sold for $21 million. The 44.61-acre industrial property is located on Antler Avenue, east of Highway 97.

The site is zoned for heavy industrial use and includes both existing warehouse space and acreage for new development.

This land is zoned M-two Heavy Industrial, which allows for various manufacturing and warehouse uses. Currently, the park features 195,520 square feet of existing warehouse, manufacturing and yard space. These facilities are occupied by several regional and national firms.

Approximately 30 acres of the park are available for immediate ground lease and build-to-suit opportunities. This undeveloped portion of the land can accommodate up to 450,000 square feet of new industrial, manufacturing or warehouse space.

The new ownership group is working to improve transportation access at the site. This includes active efforts to recommission a rail spur through the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.
