Bend boy enjoys joyful parade to mark 3rd birthday

"Yes, we may be celebrating in quarantine but what little boy doesn’t like cars? Better yet, a parade of cars with a fire truck, ambulance, and six police cars. We are so overwhelmed with the incredible support of our community!"
