Warmer days ahead

Hope you have a had a good Memorial Day and weekend, Central Oregon!

Clouds will thicken a bit Monday night, but we should stay dry. Gusty evening breezes will turn light and variable after midnight.

With a variable cloud cover, from completely sunny to partly cloudy, the warmup will continue this week.

We will be in the mid 80s through the middle of the week and near 90 degrees Friday.

A weak system will move in Friday night, pulling some moisture in from the south over these warm temperatures.

That will give us a very slight chance of showers and thunderstorms Saturday.

Highs will be in the mid 80s.

This system also will bring some cooler air, so highs Sunday will be in the mid-70s, when we also will see a very slight chance of isolated showers.
