Fair before the warmup
-GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, EVERYONE...
High pressure to our south will be responsible for our clearing skies and warming temperatures today. Partly cloudy skies will become mostly sunny, as highs reach the mid 70's and NW breezes pick up to 5-10 mph. Clouds will thicken for a bit tonight, but we will stay dry. Lows will be in the 40's, and gusty northerly winds in the evening will turn westerly at 5-15 mph after midnight.
The warmup will continue through Friday, when we get very close to 90 degrees. Cloud cover until then will range from pure sunshine to mostly sunny. Friday night, the next system will move moisture in over those warm temperatures, and we will develop a slight chance of some scattered thunderstorms. That chance of thunderstorms will increase to 50% Saturday, then turn to a chance of showers Sunday and Monday. We will also see daytime highs cooling back down to the low 70's.
