Pay It Forward: Hats for little ones!

Christen Cooper’s hobby has turned into a blessing for many families, as she knits and donates baby hats to the St. Charles Birthing Center. That’s why a half-dozen people nominated her to receive Pay it Forward honors - and this month, she’s the $500 winner!
