New crab-themed license plate available to Oregon drivers

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ)-- You'll soon have a new way to show off your love of the Oregon coast. Take a look at the new license plate on its way to Oregon drivers.

You can see the plate features a bright orange Dungeness crab with a blue background. The plate pays homage to Oregon's long history of crabbing.

You can purchase a voucher for the plate for $40 at OregonDungeness.org. Once enough are sold, the Oregon DMV will start production on the new plate. The money goes toward programs that hels the state's Dungeness crab industry.
