Deschutes County sees nearly 75% of ballots returned – higher number, lower percentage

More than 121,000 Deschutes County mail ballots were returned to the clerk's office for last week's election, a turnout of about 75%. Voters with contested ballots for variety of reasons are being notified and have a period of time to fix them.
