BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity recently received a $1,500 grant from the Pacific Power Foundation to help the organization build an affordable home for a local family in need.

The home will be constructed at Habitat’s west side property in Bend called NW Cottages. The site will soon be home to 10 families.

“Habitat is honored to partner with the Pacific Power Foundation. Partnership and financial support is what helps us serve more families in need of affordable housing in our community. Every dollar matters and is put to great use.” says Scott Rohrer, Executive Director, Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity.
