M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust makes 94 grants to NW nonprofits totaling $21.9 million, two in Central Oregon

PORTLAND, Ore. (KTVZ) The M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust published its Fall 2023 Grants Report Thursday. The report announces:

  • 94 total grants to Pacific Northwest nonprofits totaling $21.9 million.
  • This includes more than $7.5 million through 30 grants to nonprofits serving the Oregon community.

Two of the grants are to Central Oregon organizations: one of $500,000 to the La Pine Community Health Center for its expansion project, and $321,500 to Bend-based Path Ministries International for a new development director, to support programs for orphaned children.
