Eco Hero Adventures (children entering 5th-6th grade)
What is sustainability and how can I have a positive impact on the environment? Bring your bikes and helmets to find out! Your child can discover the answers to these questions and more while biking, swimming, and exploring our town. Campers will learn about sustainable food, renewable energy, environmental ethics, and how to bike safely around Bend. Located at The Environmental Center on Kansas Ave in Bend. This is a partnership with Commute Options. Bikes and helmets will be provided upon request. Session 1: June 24-27; Session 2: July 8-11.
Forest Explorers (children entering 1st-4th grade)
Nothing says summer like playing in the woods! Encourage your kids to join us for some fun in the beautiful setting of Skyliner Lodge, located ten miles outside of Bend. We will learn about natural history, explore the forest, create forts, and splash in Tumalo creek with new friends.
Session 1: August 5-8; Session 2: August 12-15; Session 3: August 19-22.
