Pet Pals: Bonded guinea pig pair seeks loving home

A bonded pair of six-month-old guinea pigs is available for adoption through the Humane Society. The sisters, Sage and Willow (black and white), are being adopted together as a complete package that includes an enclosure, food and a carrying backpack.

The two female guinea pigs are six months old. Because they are a bonded pair and have lived together their entire lives, the Humane Society is adopting them out as a pair.

Lynn from the Humane Society noted, the species is popular with both children and adults.

The adoption includes several supplies to assist new owners with the transition. The pair comes with a carrying backpack, a large enclosure, tunnels, a hideout and food.

Beyond this specific pair, other animals are currently seeking homes. The Humane Society has one additional guinea pig and several rabbits available for adoption.

If you're interested, you can visit the Humane Society to meet the guinea pigs and other available animals. Information on current adoptable pets is also available on the organization's website.
