Bend outfitter assists Three Rivers Humane Society with donated collars, leash sets

MADRAS, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Alpine Outfitters, Bend-based makers of handcrafted and high-quality gear for working and active dogs, has partnered with Three Rivers Humane Society.

Through this partnership, Alpine Outfitters will provide Three Rivers Humane Society with 1,200 collars and leash sets for a year, beginning this September. The sets will be available in five colors.

Based in Madras, Three Rivers Humane Society was born from the idea that shelter animals deserve the best care possible.

Thanks to their passionate, dedicated and hardworking staff, their organization adopts out approximately 90 dogs per month. 

They are committed to promoting healthy, safe and lifelong relationships between people and their pets through sustainable programs of education, adoption and spay/neutering.
