New food cart just opened in NE Bend – and it’s already really gone to the dogs

How about a 'Quarter-Hounder with Cheese'? No not for you - for your dog, at the new 'Hungry Hound;' a food cart for dogs at the On Tap lot in northeast Bend. They plan a 'WoofFest' celebration on Saturday.
