Pet Pals: Wafer is a handsome pup, with eyes that mesmerize

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Wafer is one of a litter of 12 smart and social puppies the Humane Society of Central Oregon received last week.

They are a big part of the reason why the shelter is holding a special Puppy-Palooza.
