Commute Options receives honor

KTVZ

Commute Options received the Oregon Transportation Options Program of the Year, awarded at the Oregon Public Transportation Conference this week in Seaside.

The stylish trophy was presented by Nathan Broom, President of the Transportation Options Group of Oregon.

Broom recognized Commute Options for our exemplary work in employee outreach, Safe Routes to School, Drive Less Connect and the Region wide program expansion.

Commute Options Executive Director Jeff Monson and Community Outreach Coordinator Kim Curley accepted the award on stage at the Wednesday luncheon, attended by about 200 members of the Oregon Transit Association.

Monson said, “We are proud to receive this recognition. I especially want to thank Kim Curley, the Commute Options staff, committees and Board of Directors.”

Thanks very much to the members of TOGO. More information about TOGO: http://www.togo-oregon.org/index.html
