Safeway to hold Bethlehem Inn food drive
The Bethlehem Inn and Bend Safeway stores will be conducting their annual food drive November 16 – 18, 2011 at the east and west side Safeway locations: 320 W. Century Blvd and 2650 NE Hwy 20 (near Costco).
The public is encouraged to support our community’s adults and children experiencing homelessness this holiday season by donating non-perishable food items at these Safeway locations on these dates OR at the Bethlehem Inn any time of the year.
The Bethlehem Inn transforms lives with shelter, help and hope by providing a warm bed, hot shower, 3 meals each day and support services for adults and families experiencing homelessness in Central Oregon.
Each year, the Inn provides shelter and support to 1,000 individuals and serves 63,000 meals.
