Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Bruce Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the lessor, MSG, LLC in the triple net lease of a 3,408 square foot medical office located at 111 NW Larch Avenue in Redmond to Mosaic Medical.

Mosaic Medical is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates federally qualified health centers throughout Central Oregon in Prineville, Bend and Madras. The clinic was recently awarded a “New Access Point” grant to establish a Redmond location and deliver primary care services to the area’s underserved population.

The Redmond location is located just north of the St. Charles Medical Center on the corner of Canal Boulevard and Larch Avenue. The building offers easy access on and off of Highway 97 and is only a few minutes from downtown Redmond.

“Many of Mosaic Medical’s 14,000 annual patients would travel from Redmond, Sisters or Terrebonne to access care at one of the clinics in Bend, Prineville or Madras,” said Kesgard. “The new facility is ideally situated just across from the medical center and allows the clinic to serve the needs of the Redmond area.” The new facility is scheduled to open beginning in March 2013.

Dan Steelhammer with COLM Commercial represented Mosaic Medical in the lease.
