St. Charles buys NE Bend medical building
Peterson Medical Building located at 2000 NE Neff Road in Bend has been purchased by St. Charles Health Systems, Compass Commercial reported Tuesday.
The 2,749-square-foot medical office building is situated on the corner of Neff Road and Purcell Boulevard at the gateway to the St. Charles-Bend campus. The transaction was valued at $575,000.
Compass Commercial brokers, Robert Raimondi and Peter May, CCIM represented the seller, Ronald and Joyce Peterson. Representing the buyer, St. Charles Health Systems, Inc. was Erich Schultz, SIOR, also with Compass Commercial.
The building was originally constructed in 1978 and has undergone several renovations over the years. The facility is now partially occupied by Ideal You Weight Loss Center of Bend.
Schultz noted that St. Charles will use the facility to accommodate growth some time in the future.
