Oregon Bike-Ped Committee to meet in Bend

The Oregon Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee will hold its next meeting in Bend, Oct. 17 – 18 at the Oregon Department of Transportation’s Region 4 headquarters, 63055 North Highway 97.

Most of the meeting will be a work session that is closed to the public. However, time will be available for public input on Fri., Oct. 18 at 11 a.m., and a 6-mile bike ride that starts and ends at the ODOT office will follow.

Those who wish to testify are encouraged to sign up on the public comment sheet provided at the meeting. General guidelines: provide written summaries when possible and limit comments to 3 minutes. If you bring written summaries or other materials to the meeting, please provide the chairperson with a copy prior to your testimony.
