Prineville neighborhood cleanup set

KTVZ

Prineville Disposal and Habitat for Humanity have generously donated resources for this weekend’s neighborhood clean-up. The clean-up will begin Thursday and go through Saturday.
There will be a neighborhood clean-up in the area of SE 4th and Belknap Streets.

Prineville police Capt. Michael Boyd said they will place a large dumpster and a dump trailer in the area. This clean-up is intended to help residents of this neighborhood get rid of trash and debris. The debris will be removed at no cost to neighborhood residents.

Historically, neighborhoods that are free of trash and unsightly residences experience less crime and the quality of life is improved. This clean-up is part of the Prineville Police Department’s “My Neighborhood, My Cop” community policing program.
