Summit HS student awarded scholarship

BBT Architects is pleased to announce they have awarded their annual scholarship to Abigail Black, a senior at Summit High School.

Abigail plans to attend Colorado State in Fort Collins this coming fall, to pursue a degree in environmental engineering.

In addition to maintaining a 4.0 GPA, Abigail is a competitive rock climber at the national level, plays ultimate frisbee, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Abigail also volunteers 100 hours per year for programs such as Becca’s Closet, and the Humane Society.

Each year, BBT offers a $1,000 scholarship to an outstanding Central Oregon high school student who plans to continue their education in a design-related field of study.
