Pacific Crest Weekend Sports Festival seeks volunteers

Each year during the last full weekend in June, Multi-sport Athletes from across the country converge here in beautiful central Oregon to take part in the Pacific Crest weekend sports festival events. It all takes place June 27-29.

As with any large sporting event, VOLUNTEERS are needed to make it all come together. Local groups have volunteered to help on the course, water stations and different areas.

Volunteers are needed in many areas, including for water stations on June 28 at Mavericks Athletic Club. Each water station consists of two shifts: 6:30am-12:30pm with five volunteers and 12:00-6:00pm with five volunteers.

Non-profit organizations are encouraged to sign up. Donations are made to the organizations who want/need funding for their programs.

All volunteers will receive a free event T-shirt and a great experience seeing athletes from all over the country embark in the long, full family-friendly weekend of events. Volunteer positions are still available. Contact Connie Hines, Volunteer Coordinator at connie@aasportsltd.com to sign up.
