Bend PD to hold cyber-crime prevention class

The Bend Police Department is offering a free Cyber Crime Recognition and Prevention Class at the Bend Police Department on Wednesday, August 27 from 7-8 p.m.

The class will discuss the types of cyber crimes and scams reported to the Bend Police Department as well as ways to recognize and identify common scams.

This class is offered free of charge. Anyone interested in attending can register by contacting Bend Police Community Policing Liaison Lori Drew at 541 322-2976 or through her email at ldrew@bendoregon.gov.
