Broadcast Engineer

NPG of Oregon Inc., a cluster of television stations that broadcasts NBC, FOX, the CW and Telemundo in Bend, Oregon is accepting applications for a computer/electronics technician to join the Engineering Department as a Broadcast Engineer. Experience working in broadcast engineering, cable systems, or computer networks is a plus. A two year degree in computer or electronic engineering is preferred but not mandatory. Assignments are extremely varied and include working on the following: broadcast studio equipment, microwave equipment, transmitters, translators, computers, computer networking equipment, and general building maintenance. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Applicant should possess average mobility and good general dexterity with the ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 70lbs being a requirement.

A valid Oregon driver’s license or the ability to obtain one is required.
