Bend plans work on NE Eighth Street

Road update for those who drive on NE Eighth Street, between Franklin Avenue and Butler Market Road:

Starting the week of August 18 and lasting for about two weeks, travelers can expect delays on NE Eighth while the city conducts street preservation and maintenance work.
