Bethlehem Inn elects new board member

The Bethlehem Inn Board of Directors announced Wednesday that the Rev. Jenny Warner has been elected to its board.

Reverend Warner is the Pastor for Justice, Spirituality and Community at First Presbyterian Church in Bend. She received a B.A. in Intercultural Studies and Psychology in 1992, and in 2010 received a Masters of Divinity from San Francisco Theological Seminary.

“My family and I are inspired by the community atmosphere we experience when we serve meals at the Inn. My church community proudly considers the Bethlehem Inn to be a key partner in cultivating hope in Central Oregon. I am looking forward to helping further the transformative work that happens there,” stated Rev. Warner.

The Bethlehem Inn is Central Oregon’s ONLY emergency shelter; providing shelter, food and support to over 1,100 adults and children last year; 71,000 meals were served to those in crisis.
