Don’t miss a wonderful time of celebrating the newly opened North County Health Services Building in Redmond! An October 28 open house and Redmond Chamber ribbon cutting mark the opening of the new building.

The open house celebration takes place on Tuesday, October 28, from 4 to 6:00 p.m. at 406 W. Antler Ave. in Redmond. During the event, see the official Redmond Chamber ribbon cutting (4:45 p.m.), hear testimonials from local residents about their health successes, enjoy refreshments, tour the building, and enter to win great raffle prizes donated by local businesses. A brief program will begin at 5:00 p.m.

At the North County Health Services building, two new services for residents of all ages will be available:

The DREAM Program is a 12-week program for adults that provides treatment from a team and not from just one person. Treatment includes a combination of individual therapy, classes, community activities and when applicable case management, supported employment and med management. The focus for success is short-term, concentrated and consistent treatment, instead of treatment provided over a long period of time.
Dual Diagnosis for Adolescence : Is a program to help adolescents “where they are at” with relevant topics to their current environment and the tools to increase coping with mental health and addictions.

Open House raffle items include: Passes to the 2015 Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo, gift certificates to Coffee Depot, hair services from Devine Salon (Kristy Taylor), a Well Pet Exam from Highland Veterinary Hospital, New York City Sub Shop meals, dinner for two at Ebargrill, a gift package from Renew Esthetics and more.
