The Boys & Girls Club of Bend is excited to announce the addition of four new board members: Roslyn Eaton, Anna Higgins, Suzanne Kelso and Tami MacLeod.

The four new directors join an organization that has, for 20 years, been dedicated to serving the youth of Bend.

Eaton is a community advocate, public speaker and mother to Olympic Gold Medalist Ashton Eaton. Higgins is the Coordinator of Student Success at High Desert Education Service District and brings an education background to the board. Kelso is the Chief Operating Officer at Specialty Cigars International and a CPA with an extended business background. MacLeod is an attorney at Karnopp Petersen LLP with many years of experience working with businesses and nonprofits.

Jim Schell, Board Chair, said, “The restructure of our board has taken one giant leap forward with the addition of these four new members. Each of the four has a skill set that will make our board a stronger and better-performing board. We are thrilled with their willingness to join our team.”

Eaton, Higgins, Kelso and MacLeod join the now-12-member-board along with current members: Schell, Colleen Goldblatt, Susan Reed, Van Schoessler, Aaron Trudel, Michael Wynschenk, Peter Yonan, and Yvonne Zbranak.
