The City of Bend is seeking applicants for four seats on the Marijuana Technical Advisory Committee. The committee will assist the City Council in developing time, place and manner restrictions related to marijuana businesses in the city.

The advisory committee will begin meeting in mid-September and meet every other week. The City Council intends to consider time, place and manner regulations in December.

Anyone who would like to apply for a seat should complete an application and return it to Jennifer Engels at jengels@bendoregon.gov by 5 p.m. on Friday Sept. 11. Applications can also be hand delivered to the second floor of City Hall, 710 NW Wall Street in Bend

Applications can be found on the www.bendoregon.gov/committees webpage, at the bottom where it says “Advisory Committee Application” or at City Hall.
