COCC surplus computer equipment for sale
Central Oregon Community College is offering its surplus computer equipment for sale from now through mid-March. The sale is open to students and the public.
The sale will take place in Room 106 of Pioneer Hall from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Dec. 21 to 25. Community members should park along College Way or in the parking lot north of the library.
Computers, monitors, printers and related equipment are several years old, but still have useful life left, officials said. There is no warranty; all products are sold as-is.
The college does not provide tech support; or hold, deliver or ship items. Buyers should test their purchase the day they buy it. While there is no warranty, the COCC technology staff may be able to address some problems, but only within 24 hours. They will not fix software issues.
Prices are nonnegotiable. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. The sale will continue until all items are sold. Items can be purchased with cash, credit or debit card, check or student financial aid at the college bookstore.
