‘Shop Small,’ win big Saturday in downtown Bend

Black Friday is almost here, but don’t forget about Small Business Saturday on November 28 th !

In order to encourage Bendites and visitors to Shop Small, The Downtown Bend Business Association has created the Shop Small Passport Event. One lucky person will “Win Big by Shopping Small” as 50+ local Downtown Bend businesses have donated gift cards and other items totaling over $2,000 in value.

Here’s how the Passport Event works:

No Purchase Necessary/Need Not Be Present to Win
Get your FREE passport in front of Bellatazza on Wall and Minnesota starting at 10:00 a.m.
Visit 10 nearby participating business to get your Passport stamped.
Return stamped Passport to the Shop Small booth by 6:00 p.m. for your chance to win gift basket valued at $2,000+! Two additional gift baskets will also be awarded – each basket will be stuffed with Downtown Dollars to be used at any one of 150+ Downtown Bend businesses.
Shop Small Passport Event Winner will be announced at the Community Tree Lighting event at 6:30 – need NOT be present to win.

Downtown Bend Designated a “Neighborhood Champion”

By creating the Shop Small Passport Event, Downtown Bend has been designated a “Neighborhood Champion” by American Express. This provides shoppers with a FREE Shop Small canvas bag and other fun giveaways.

Pick up your FREE shop small bag while supplies last at the Shop Small booth in front of Bellatazza on Wall and Minnesota. The Shop Small booth opens at 10 and is the place to return your stamped passport until 6 on Saturday, November 28 th .

The DBBA is a private nonprofit organization representing approximately 350 businesses and 85 property owners working to keep Downtown Bend vibrant. The organization is responsible for downtown beautification, cleaning and maintenance, marketing, events, and keeping the business environment healthy.
