Still time to enter ‘I Like Pie’ run-walk
Join FootZone for our Thanksgiving Day “I Like Pie” Run/Walk and pie baking contest! Since 2009, participants have donated over 28,000 pounds of food and raised nearly $47000 for NeighborImpact’s Emergency Food Assistance program, a program that serves over 20,000 individuals per month. I Like Pie participants bring and eat over 160 pies a year!
This year’s family-friendly, untimed run/walk is on Thanksgiving morning, November 26 th at 9 am, and convenes at Riverfront Plaza, in front of Crow’s Feet Commons.

Additional Donations: We will have a collection jar for any additional financial donations to NeighborImpact on the day of the event.
Course: A new family-friendly option allows young runners and their families to do a 2k circuit of Drake Park, with no major street crossings, before returning to Riverfront Plaza for pie. Continuing along the 1 st Street Rapids trail, the 5k and 10k turn-arounds will be marked; the 12 mile turnaround is the green gate at the end of the trail. This is an untimed event.
