Bend’s Community Center bingo, other events
Bend’s Community Center announces Community Bingo the second Saturday of every month, 1pm at Bend’s Community Center 1036 NE 5 th Street. Food and refreshments are sold. Community Bingo is fun time for any community member 18 years or older.
Bends Community Center is looking to keep the community warm this winter by providing a fun, friendly way to spend the second Saturday of every month!
There is no cost to attend. Bingo cards are $15 for fifteen cards, and individual cards can be purchased separately.
There are food and drinks available for purchase as well. Bring your friends, have some fun and win money all while benefiting a great cause! This Community Bingo event supports Bend Community Centers Feed the Hungry Program which provides more than 2,000 meals each week to those in need throughout the Central Oregon community.
In addition to Community Bingo, Bend’s Community Center hosts a senior program. Having recently acquired the contract and programing from United Senior Citizens of Bend (USCB) Bend Community Center provides a weekly program to seniors giving a place to socialize, eat, learn and relax.
Through a contract with Central Oregon Council on Aging (COCOA) BCC hosts a senior meal program, providing a healthy lunch to seniors and their guests. This program operates Monday through Friday and starts at 11am. In addition, Bend’s Community Center offers a comfortable senior library with Billiards and computer/internet access.
BCC’s Weekly Senior Program:
Monday: Lunch and Foot Clinic
Tuesday: Lunch and Music and Dancing with the Alley Cats
Wednesday: Lunch and Brain Game Day (Mexican Train, Bridge and More.)
Thursday: Lunch and activity TBD
Friday: Lunch & Children Serving Seniors (local homeschoolers mix and mingle with the seniors).

Bend’s Community Center is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization that creates opportunities and provides support to help people overcome basic barriers to success through a variety of programs including Feed the Hungry, the Senior Meal Program, Keep them Warm and Becca’s Closet.
