Bend Memorial Clinic names new CEO

Bend Memorial Clinic announced Tuesday the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Greg Hagfors and the appointment of David Holloway, MD, as his successor.

“Hagfors has departed BMC to pursue other opportunities,” the announcement said

The BMC Board of Directors appointed in his place Holloway joined the organization in November, 2014 as chief medical officer following an eight-year term as chief medical officer at Salem Health, as well as serving as chief quality Officer at Parkview Health in Indiana.

His career has been spent in developing physician leadership programs, engaging in lean management systems and as a committed advocate for the highest quality patient care. He is recognized as a certified physician executive through the American Association for Physician Leadership and is a Fellow of the Academy of Family Physicians.

Bend Memorial Clinic includes more than 120 providers representing 30 specialties including Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care, Imaging and Clinical Services. With five locations BMC is the largest multi-specialty group in Central Oregon and provides quality, convenient healthcare known as TotalCare TM .
