TSA hiring part-time screeners at RDM

The Transportation Security Administration is hiring part-time Transportation Security Officers at Roberts Field/Redmond Municipal Airport beginning next Tuesday.

An informational briefing is scheduled that day (March 15) at 6 p.m. in the Deschutes County Fair and Expo Center, 3800 SW Airport Way, Redmond.

TSA said it “is looking for committed, professional individuals to join our team working approximately 20 hours per week, which provides a great opportunity for area residents to begin or continue a career in Federal Service.”

Mark Waters, transportation security manager at RDM, said they plan to hire six to eight new workers, for shifts of 20 hours a week.

Full and part-time positions start at $15.13 per hour plus Full-Time Medical Benefits including 14.35% Locality Pay.

Minimum Requirements:
18 years of age at time of application on USAJobs

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
