Receptionist

NPG of Oregon Inc., a cluster of television stations that broadcasts live news on the NBC and FOX affiliates in Bend, Oregon is accepting applications for Receptionist. This position has responsibilities for front office coverage of phones, reception, mail and other front office associated tasks.

Qualifications include: The ability to answer phones and direct calls and questions to the appropriate person, greet visitors and vendors, maintain office supply inventory, maintain internal phone directory, distribute mail, and maintain a professional manner and put our viewers and customers first.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 2 to 3 years reception or general office background preferred. We are looking for someone with highly skilled problem solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills and computer experience requiring Word and Outlook. Our ideal candidate will be consistent, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual and reliable.
