Man suffers gunshot wound in Salem
SALEM, Ore. (AP) – Marion County authorities are investigating a shooting in southeast Salem.
The sheriff’s office said early Monday that deputies responded after the victim started banging on doors asking for help.
The man was taken to Salem Hospital; his name, age and condition have not been released.
The sheriff’s office has yet to provide details of the shooting, but said there is no immediate danger to the community.
