Teacher job fair coming up in Redmond
The annual Central Oregon Job Fair is scheduled for Monday, April 10, at the Deschutes County Fair and Expo Center in Redmond.
Hosted by Bend-La Pine Schools and Redmond School District, the job fair is a great opportunity for those pursuing a career in teaching to land a job in Central Oregon, RSD Human Resources Director Lynn Evans explained.
Participating districts are currently hiring licensed teaching staff for grades K-12. Representatives from Bend-La Pine and Redmond Schools, along with other neighboring districts, will be available to answer questions about current openings and provide information about each district.
Registration in advance is encouraged. Participants can visit bend.k12.or.us or redmondschools.org and apply for the “Job Fair” job posting to register.
The job fair will take place from 1 to 6 p.m. in the Middle and South Sister Rooms at the Deschutes County Fair and Expo Center 3800 SW Airport Way, Redmond.
