Crook County Sheriff’s Office to host free shred day

KTVZ

On Saturday, December 2, from 9 a.m. to noon, the Crook County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a free shred day and prescription drug take back event at our office at 308 NE 2 nd Street, Prineville.

In return for free shredding; the Sheriff’s Office is requesting that participants bring non-perishable food items to be donated to the Crook County Holiday Partnership. They are partnering with Data Delete of Oregon, LLC for this event.

For shredding, there is a limit of three boxes or bags per participant, personal documents only. They can include staples; paper clips; spiral notebooks; and hanging folders. For prescription drugs, no liquids.
