Local Alert Weather, Monday AM, 12.11.17

KTVZ

Good Monday Morning,

Those fortunate enough to avoid the fog or see it dissipate through the morning hours will have a chance to warm into the low 40’s. Those staying socked in with the fog may not see temps get much above freezing, if that warm. Breezes, if any, will be light and of the E and SE.

Despite clear skies tonight, freezing fog will settle back in for many…primarily north of Bend. Lows will be in the single digits to mid teens. Breezes will be gentle out of the south at 5-10 mph.

This pattern will stay with us for the next three or four days. As we get closer to the end of the week the current ridge of high pressure will collapse and allow more storm activity into the Pacific NW. Beginning Friday we will exchange freezing fog for warmer temperatures and a chance of rain showers.

HAVE A SPARKLING DAY IN CENTRAL OREGON!
