Shepherd’s House Ministries seeks matching donations

There’s just 14 days remaining in Shepherd’s House Ministries’ $190,000 matching challenge. Every dollar given will be matched and will provide much-needed help to the many cold, hungry and hurting men, women and children in Central Oregon.

“This is a critical time for donations,” the organization said in Monday’s announcement, “as our resources are in need of replenishment to help us during the upcoming colder months.

Monetary donations are most helpful. In addition, the shelter has specific needs of sleeping bags, tents, and hand and feet warmers for these colder conditions.

“Please donate today and help make this Christmas season special for those we serve,” Shepherd’s House said.
